Why a Corsa ?

It fits into my DIY "don't pay anyone for anything you can do yourself" ethos.

Previously had a Corsa 1.5TD and it gave years of reliable, cheap motoring.

Changed to a modern luxury car and it has been nothing but trouble, costs a fortune to maintain, when it breaks down it has to go into a dealers due to the electronics and special diagnostic tools required, this completely goes against my DIY ethos.

Decided to go back to Corsa ownership, being familiar with the weaknesses of the Corsa I am going to make some changes to hopefully improve the drivability while maintaining the reliability and economy of a small diesel.
