A couple of areas for improvement:
1. Standard brakes are weak, replace with larger vented discs/calipers. 2. Standard suspension is soft, replace with quality, uprated, and slightly lowered suspension. 3. Fit good quality tyres if funds permitting. |

Ordered a Bilstein B12 kit from Balance Motorsport
Update: The B12 kit turned out to give a very hard ride, so hard in fact I removed it after only 500 miles and went back to standard suspension, after some
research I ordered a Bilstein Streetline kit which contains Apex springs (-30mm) and Bilstein OEM replacement gas dampers, although still firm the ride is just about acceptable.

Ordered a front big brake kit (288mm vented) from LMF Vauxhall
Update: The brakes have proven to be very good, there is more brake pedal travel due to the increased caliper piston size but the stopping power is great.

|
The alloy wheels that came with the Corsa have a couple of problems, 1 wheel is buckled, 2 of the spigot rings are missing (causing vibration) and the offset is incorrect (ET 37), if they had been ok I would have saved some money by using them but will need to replace them now.
Update: Brought some cheap second hand wheels and had Eagle F1 tyres fitted, the tyres are exellent, when driving in the wet they inspire confidence and so far have gripped very well in wet or dry conditions.
