Jobs to do first: 1. Check for rust and repair any that is found 2. Check wheels don't rub on arches, modify arches as needed 3. Waxoil underneath/doors/tailgate etc

Rust

Found rust in the usual Corsa B place around the O/S/R spring mounting, cleaned it all off and welded a plate over the top of the hole, also found two small areas of corrosion behind the rear dampers at the bottom of the wheel arch area (both sides), they turned into holes when ground off so also welded plates over these holes. Rust also found in the following areas: Inner rear sill area Rear wheel wells Battery tray Rear panal Front panal Bonnet (front edge) An angle grinder and wire wheel on an electric drill cleaned them up and they were painted with hamerite, once everything else is done the whole lot will be wax oiled.
